Privacy, in plain language.

A home record can contain sensitive information. This page explains what AroraCasa stores, when something can become public and the choices you have.

The short version

Your private home record is for you. Home details and uploaded documents are not published just because you add them. You choose whether an individual document is included on an active shareable property page.

Information you provide

We store account information, property addresses, home-system details, maintenance history, projects, notes and documents that you choose to add. If you use selling or agent tools, we also store the listing, certification and contact information needed to provide those tools.

Documents and sharing

Documents start private. A file becomes available through a public property page only after you mark that specific file as shared and the related page is active. Public document links use time-limited download URLs. You can return a shared file to private status or delete it from your home record.

Property research

Property research combines an address with public sources and third-party mapping or AI services. Research results may be saved so a property page can be reopened without repeating the same lookup. Research is informational and should be verified against official records.

Service providers

AroraCasa uses service providers for authentication and data storage, mapping and imagery, payments, email delivery, infrastructure and AI-assisted property research. They receive only the information needed to perform those functions and operate under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Basic analytics

We record product events such as page views and searches to understand whether the service works. Acquisition data is limited to items such as a referring page, landing path and named campaign tags. We do not intentionally place document contents, account passwords or full query strings into analytics events.

Your choices

You can change a document's sharing status, remove records through the product where a delete control is provided, and ask about access or deletion of your account data. Email privacy@aroracasa.com for a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Security and retention

We use account access controls, database permissions and time-limited file links to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can promise perfect security. We keep information as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer required.
